We practice hot yoga in an orange room. We use an intelligently sequenced group of postures with breath exercises to generate optimum health and vibrant energy every single session.

We offer classes that systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood to one hundred percent of your body, to each organ and fiber, restoring all systems to healthy working order, just as nature intended. My name is Ashlee and I’ve been teaching Bikram yoga for 5 years. I am a certified Bikram Yoga teacher. What started as a personal outlet for my mental health has grown into a passion for helping others. As a mom, I value balance and strength and I strive to create an environment where people feel empowered, challenged, and supported.

Jodi began her relationship with yoga almost 14 years ago when she attended her first Bikram Yoga class and was immediately hooked by the challenge of it. After I furthered my practice, including meditation, I soon began to fall in love with how the yoga transformed me physically, mentally, emotionally and most importantly, spiritually. Tara had originally been my instructor at a previous studio, and when she took the leap of faith to open her own school, I knew I had to follow her. Since then, I’ve been practicing at 2244 for 12 years, teaching the last 6 years. I enjoy our special community. It’s become a sanctuary for myself, sharing space with beautiful yogis finding homage and safety to practice. I currently live in Oxford, Michigan with my family and teach upper elementary in the Troy School District. I look forward to sharing our space with you!

Deanna is and has been a soulful practitioner of yoga for 15 years. Traditional Hot Yoga is what first sparked Deanna’s deep interest in practicing. In the Spring of 2011 she accomplished a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Teaching Certification from Yoga to the People. Upon completion she immediately began teaching Hot Vinyasa and Power Vinyasa. In Spring of 2012 she began teaching her first love, Traditional Hot Yoga (Bikram Yoga). Deanna is also a successful performer and can currently be seen in the National Touring Company of Wicked the Musical. She was recently seen on Broadway in the smash hit Mamma Mia! She has also performed on Broadway in the most recent revivals of A Chorus Line and West Side Story. Deanna has taught dance at Steps on Broadway, Orange County School of the Arts and Master classes across the country. She is a believer in the journey of practice. She believes with attention and intention focused on Breath, Balance, Connection and Compassion anything is possible. It is a gift and an honor to teach.

I’m a free-spirited, intuitive, and nurturing guide devoted to the journey of healing and self-discovery. What began as a personal awakening led me to reconnect with my intuition, step into my power, and find my way back home to myself. Yoga became much more than movement. It’s a pathway to my breath, mindfulness, and deep connection. Through this practice, I’ve found purpose, community, and a passion for holding space for others. I’m here to support you in reconnecting with yourself, exploring holistic healing, and creating a life that feels aligned and fulfilling.

I could talk for hours about how yoga has changed my life. For me, yoga has been my greatest teacher of self love, acceptance, and personal growth. I went through teacher training with the intention of deepening my practice and never actually planned on teaching. Fast forward to now, teaching for the past 7 years, and I could not imagine a world where I’m not sharing this practice with others. I love this community and connecting with each and every one of you on and off the mat. It’s an honor to help guide you through class and watch your journeys unfold. I’m a new mom and absolutely love it. Children are such a gift. It’s hard to put into words how incredible being a parent is. In my free time you’ll find me either walking my dogs, reading a book, taking some type of workout class, or traveling with my hubby.

Reggie has been sharing wellness modalities for close to a decade. Her approach is light hearted and self reflective- listening to the body, focusing on strength and finding balance. She trained in LaJolla California and offers all levels of yoga, sound therapy, music & wellness retreats in Michigan and beyond. She is a singer songwriter who performs regularly in the area. She taught herself to play the guitar and like yoga, the practice has become a passion. Watch for her at local venues and events!

SOUND HEALING + BREATHWORK
Catherine grew up in the small town of Almont, Michigan where her family had multi generational fruit orchards and vegetable fields. She loved to wander among the trees and help with the flowers in the greenhouse. Working with the land runs deep in her blood and bones and she continues to find peace in nature. She became interested in yoga/meditation from a young age and always wanted to be a teacher. She completed her yoga teacher training in 2012 and Master Herbalist and Holistic Health Practicioner certification in 2016. She is committed to a life of learning and helping others to find the beauty of the present moment and light we all hold within.

Brooke is a Holistic Health Practitioner that has been teaching yoga for 7 years. She encourages her students to focus on breathwork and enjoy the healing of their practice while also providing anatomy expertise. You will leave her classes feeling refreshed, renewed and restored.

Bikram Fusion
The Original Hot Yoga + Fusion. Popular with Bikram students looking to advance their practice.
Fusion
A powerful series of hot yoga postures arranged in an intelligently sequenced therapeutic flow linked together with slow movement and breath. Core strengthening and cardio work are featured. Popular with Vinyasa students.

Fusion + Yin
A rare take on contemporary yoga utilizing both Yang-Yin energies.
​
Sacred Yin
This special class has been designed for deep penetration of the muscles, joints, tissues, fascia and ligaments through slow moving transitions into long held postures. Expect to achieve connection to breath and profound relaxation while grounding and rooting the body-mind relationship. This class is not to be missed.

Slow Burn
A sequence of postures moving with breath at a slow pace. Correct alignment is emphasized while maintaining balance and breath. Expect to burn calories, increase mindfulness, slow down, ground yourself and increase energy.
