KIDS YOGA SUMMER SERIES

Give your child an opportunity to move, play, and connect this summer through yoga! Our Kids Yoga classes are designed to help children develop balance, coordination, confidence, mindfulness, and self-expression in a fun and supportive environment. Each class will include age-appropriate yoga poses, movement games, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques that encourage both physical and emotional well-being.
While we are a hot yoga studio, please note that the heat will not be on during Kids Yoga classes to ensure a comfortable experience for all participants.
Ages: 6–10 years
Cost: $15 per child
Class Size: Limited to 15 children
Spaces are limited and registration is required. We look forward to sharing movement, mindfulness, and fun with your little yogis this summer!

Whether you’re navigating a challenge, celebrating a win, seeking support or simply wanting to listen and be present, all are welcome.
There is no agenda and no expectation to speak. This is an opportunity to openly discuss what’s on your mind, share experiences, offer encouragement and build meaningful connections with others in our community.
Our hope is to create a space where people feel seen, supported, and reminded that they don’t have to carry life’s challenges alone.
